This project consists of a new, 7-story, 1,452-space parking deck on the University of Alabama’s Tuscaloosa campus.  A portion of the lowest level houses a central energy plant for a future dormitory building. A cooling tower platform was constructed above the top level to support the central energy plant.  The main structure for the building was constructed out of cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete. The foundations for this project are slurry-installed drilled piers.
