This 5-story, 108,550 square foot office building was constructed to allow the hospital to move all of their non-clinical employees to their main downtown campus. The structural system consists of conventionally reinforced concrete beams and slabs. The structure is supported on drilled piers bearing on rock. The project also included a structural steel, HSS truss pedestrian bridge above 4^th Avenue South connecting the Lee Building to the existing Park Place building.
