This project consists of a federal building and courthouse, totaling approximately 124,000 square feet. The building hosts many governmental groups, providing facilities for the U.S. District Court, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, the U.S. Marshals Service, the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the U.S. General Services Administration, the Social Security Administration, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, as well as for members of Congress.  The project also includes 41 secure interior parking spaces to facilitate operations.  This building has a cast-in-place reinforced concrete structural framework, with auger-cast pile foundations.
