Mr. David Burkhalter has been with MBA since 2016. He received both his Bachelor and his Master of Civil Engineering from The University of Alabama and is a NCEES Certified Engineer in Training. David and his wife live in Birmingham and enjoy keeping up with the growing music and culinary scene downtown.
